Full Term Programmes

We offer full term programmes (approx 12 weeks) where we visit schools on a weekly basis and deliver our syllabus focusing on the above values, aligning them with the ethos of each school. We work with groups of 20 – 35 children who face challenges such as poor behaviour, low confidence, anxiety, low ambitions and low self esteem. Our no-nonsense yet approachable attitude has allowed our experienced coaches to build trust and respect with each student. Practical team building sessions are combined with classroom based work and physical training, allowing us to get a positive response from pupils who may otherwise be struggling to engage.

We work closely with teachers at all times to give regular updates and feedback on the progress of students and to keep up with current affairs within the school.

Event Days

As well as focusing on groups of children across our programmes, we can also offer a one off full day of activities where we can work with the entire school. The day will include a round robin of activities where children will take part in a bushcraft, assault course and team building tasks. We can tailor the day to suit the school and change events to help meet the children’s needs. Click here to read more about our event days.

All our coaches are carefully selected and fully DBS cleared.

We have had overwhelming results with our programmes in various local schools.

Half Day Mini Marines Workshops

After working in over 50 primary schools throughout the county, we are now pleased to offer our new half-day Mini Marines workshops.

An action packed morning with our Mini Marines leadership team, where we aim to give you and the children at your school a military experience to remember.

Our workshops can cater from 30-90 children for the whole morning (09:00-12:00) on any day throughout the academic year.

The total cost of the morning’s experience is £350.00.

Motivation & Rewards

“I used to have loads of detentions but I haven’t had any this term so I know that it has improved my behaviour in school.”

George Meadows (Year 8)

“There was a clear impact on the behaviour of our targeted Year 8 boys in quite a short time. It was a great opportunity for them to have our expectations reinforced in a completely different way.”

Josie Hilton, Assistant Headteacher Churchdown School

“The air buzzes on Thursdays and ECG and the team are here – you are team spirit personified and should simply be a mandatory slot on the National Curriculum!”
